At Charm Flower Studio, we take pride in providing the freshest flowers and exceptional service. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth experience with us.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. However, if the incorrect flowers or arrangement were delivered, we will gladly make it right by offering an exchange.
Refunds
At Charm Flower Studio, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds unless the arrangement was delivered in a clearly damaged or unsatisfactory condition.
A full refund may be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos showing the problem (e.g., wilted, damaged, or incorrect flowers).
- The flowers are returned in the same condition as delivered, for inspection.
- Our delivery team will conveniently pick up the arrangement from the original delivery address, at no cost to the customer.
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the flowers and confirm the issue.
Please note: Refunds are not offered for issues based on personal preferences, minor substitutions, or if flowers were accepted by someone else on behalf of the recipient.

Cancellation Policy
At Charm Flower Studio, each bouquet is handcrafted with care and made to order. Because all of our arrangements are custom and perishable, cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
Once your bouquet has been designed, prepared, or arranged, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. This policy ensures fairness to our designers who allocate fresh flowers, time, and resources specifically for your order.
Post-Delivery Responsibility
Once your flowers are delivered, we are not responsible for their condition. Please ensure proper care is taken after delivery to maintain their freshness and beauty.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check the delivery address when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, there will be an additional $35 charge for re-routing or re-delivery.
Substitutions
In the event that certain flowers are unavailable due to seasonal changes, we may substitute with flowers of equal or greater value, ensuring the quality and beauty of your arrangement remains uncompromised.
