Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PST) qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after that may be scheduled for the next business day.

Delivery Hours:

We typically deliver between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, but exact timing depends on route planning. Specific timing requests can be made and will be honored when possible.

Delivery Fees:

– Local delivery starts at $25 (based on distance)

– Free delivery on all orders over $1300

Recipient Not Home: If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them. If unreachable, flowers may be left in a shaded area, with a photo confirmation sent to the customer.
